SNEE Training Hub has funded coaching for primary care professionals with Akeso Coaching Network.
Akeso offers confidential coaching and mentoring support. Their trained coaches are all GPs or Primary Care Nurses who will understand your work environment and role.
GPs, GP Trainees, Primary Care Nurses and all other primary care staff can access up to 4 sessions over a year!
These sessions will support you to explore issues and set goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to the goals in a non judgemental way.
You can choose your preferred coach from the list on their website, or they can allocate a suitable coach for you.
