Come and celebrate, learn what social prescribers have to offer and see what support services are available locally.
The Shaw Trust Connect for Health Social Prescribing team in partnership with the Livewell Hub in Leiston are putting on a celebration event and we would like you to be part of it.
They will be focusing on two areas of support we offer:
- Healthy lifestyle choices
- Social isolation and loneliness
The event will be held from 9.00am -12.00 at the LiveWell Hub in Leiston and promises to have a variety of stall holders, interactive events and experts on hand.
