‘Introduction to Medical Administration in Healthcare’ is a part-time course funded by the MSE ICB.
This course teaches you useful professional skills, including:
- Dealing with complaints and difficult conversations
- Understanding medical terminology
- Managing subject access requests
- Understanding health inequality and digital exclusion
You’ll study for up to three hours per week for 12-weeks, plus you’ll be invited to additional, virtual group drop-in sessions, led by your tutor.
Most of your learning will take place online. You’ll also be allocated simple tasks to carry out at work.
