Negative Pressure Training – theory and practical

This session has been organised by SNEE ICB Suffolk Medicines Optimisation Team, and is aimed at Practice Nurses actively undertaking wound care within Primary Care in Suffolk and North East Essex.

The aim of the session will be to introduce learners to concept of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and its role within managing wounds within primary care. The learner will gain knowledge on the various systems being used locally and when NPWT is appropriate. The session will cover product demonstrations and ongoing access to support when these negative pressure systems are required.
