Process for Bookings and Training Hub accounts
As of 1st April 2026 the Training hub will be responsible for the training and education of Norfolk and Waveney and Suffolk Primary Care.
The below guides will show you how to create an account with us and how to book training courses. If you have training already booked with the previous Norfolk Workforce team this will still be taking place but please bare with us while we transition into one team.
Once signed up to this website, within your Training Hub account you will be able to access pre-course information, view bookings, amend bookings. All training sessions booked through our platform will be stored in your account, for online events all ‘joining links’ will also be found in your account 30 minutes prior to the session starting.
We understand that this will be a big change to the way that you use have previously booked your training and you may have questions surrounding this so we have compiled a list of FAQ’s as well as a process for creating an account/booking an event.
