New Process for Bookings and accounts

As of 3rd October the Training hub will no longer use EVENTBRITE for training course booking management. If you already have bookings placed with Eventbrite for our courses, these will be migrated over to our internal booking system.

You will be sent an automatic email to prompt you to create an account and log in to our system.

Within your SNEE Training Hub account you will be able to access pre-course information, view bookings, amend bookings and attend the booked online training through a ‘Join’ link.

Currently to join your training course online our training hub team send you a calendar invitation with a MS Teams meeting link. These emails will stop from 30th Oct therefore please ensure you sign up to your SNEE Training Hub Account as soon as possible.  

We understand that this will be a big change to the way that you use the bookings and you may have questions surrounding this so we have compiled a list of FAQ’s as well as a process for creating an account/booking an event.
