While NHSE funding is released annually, submitting an EOI early helps ensure you are well prepared when funding opportunities become available. It also allows time to:

• Identify suitable qualified and experienced staff ready to progress into Advanced Practice
• Put the right supervision and support structures in place
• Plan workforce development aligned to service needs
