This 30-minute module helps anyone support someone in creating a personalised Safety Plan.

This free online course helps anyone aged 16+ learn basic suicide prevention skills. In around 30 minutes, you’ll explore risk factors, warning signs, practical conversation approaches, real-life experiences and support resources.
