Training Macmillan has launched The Person-centred primary care programme now available for registered health care professionals working in a primary care setting.
This new programme aims to increase the quality and quantity of Holistic Needs Assessment and/or Cancer Care Review clinics in GP Practices, aiding the personalised care and support planning agenda. Applications are now being invited from professionals who wish to learn how to engage in personalised supportive conversations and improve patient experience through improvements to clinics in their practice.
