Following the success of our previous programme we are rolling out the same opportunity across Norfolk. This programme is FREE to attend and is structured for accessibility, combining a mix of In Person, Virtual and Home Study learning.
Our aim is to provide you with the support and tools to lead improvement both inside and outside of your organisation. Through project work and structured sessions, you will put your learning into action and form strong relationships with others across the system, sharing insights and understanding challenges.
Learning will be embedded and supported by Action Learning Sets (Group Coaching) and the option of four Individual Coaching Sessions (if desired).
