Aspiring Leaders Training Programme

The Norfolk and Suffolk Aspiring Leaders Training Programme designed to help aspiring and new Managers within Primary Care and covers all the key areas that need to be addressed when working within a busy and successful practice.

Training objective

To provide information and support for those working in General Practice – including managers, GPs or other members of the practice management team to understand the key areas which need to be addressed when managing a busy and successful practice.

Programme Structure:

Consisting of interactive virtual workshops, the Aspiring Leaders Training Programme adopts a comprehensive approach with practical guidance to enable participants to map all the techniques and outcomes onto their own practice. Delegates do not need to complete all sessions but can cherry pick sessions that are most relevant to their training needs. Group work is provided on all aspects of the programme so that participants develop their understanding of the topics by interacting with colleagues from other practices.

Prerequisites:

As all sessions will be conducted virtually on MS Teams, we kindly request that all delegates come prepared with a camera and a microphone. This prerequisite is essential to facilitate active engagement, participation, and interaction throughout the programme. Having a camera and microphone will enable you to fully benefit from the interactive nature of the sessions, including group work and discussions.
